Tri-State International Trucks, Inc. offers mechanical and electrical service and repair for all makes and models of medium and heavy duty trucks. We provide front and rear axle alignment service, brake work, air conditioning installation and repair, DOT (Department of Transportation) inspections, and much more. So whether you just need routine service or serious mechanical repairs, our staff of ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanics will solve your problems and get you back on the road.
Technicians
To stay current on new advances in truck systems and manufacturing technology, our ASE certified technicians regularly attend training classes provided by engine and component manufacturers. Our technicians receive both live training as well a computer aided training. In addition, we have access to the International help line to assist with those hard to diagnose issues.Warranty
Our service departments are qualified to perform warranty work on most major manufacturers products, including CAT, Cummins, and International trucks and engines.
GUARANTEED PRIORITY DIAGNOSTICS:
Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required.*
PARTS SUPPORT:
Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.
COMMUNICATION:
Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.
*The following repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics: Body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
SEEKING FULL-TIME SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Technician must have good customer service skills and work well with others. Heavy Truck Diesel Engine, Electrical, & Drivetrain experience preferred. CDL holder is preferred but not required.
